Mobile appointments are available at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice and private residences. Standard travel fee applies, plus a special facility appointment fee.

Before scheduling, please confirm the signer has acceptable identification, is able to communicate directly with the notary, and is willing and able to participate in the notarization.

After-hours & same-day appointments

Evening, late-night, weekend, holiday and rush appointments are available for your convenience, with additional appointment fees listed on the fee schedule.
