All applicable fees are quoted and agreed upon before the notary travels to your appointment.
Notarial act

Charged for each notarial act performed, up to the maximum permitted by Alabama law.
Mobile service & travel
Separate from the notarial fee. Covers travel, mileage and mobile appointment convenience. Mileage is calculated from the notary's starting location.

Wait time
Your appointment includes up to 15 minutes of wait time. Additional wait time is $15 per 15 minutes if the signer or documents are not ready.
Cancellations
Please give at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If the notary has already traveled, the travel/mobile service fee remains due.
Payment
Due at the time of service. Cash, Zelle and PayPal accepted. Additional payment methods may be available upon request.
A notarization may be declined when legal or identification requirements cannot be satisfied.
