Before your appointment

  • Have a valid, acceptable form of identification ready.
  • Have the complete document that requires notarization.
  • All required signers must be present.
  • Any required witnesses must be present unless arranged in advance.
  • Do not sign in advance when the notarization requires your signature to be witnessed by the notary.
